SRM6-12/24
The SRM6-12/24 series fully insulated, fully enclosed gas-insulated metal switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the gas-insulated switchgear) is a completely sealed system where all live parts and switches are enclosed within a stainless steel housing. The entire switchgear assembly remains unaffected by external environmental conditions, ensuring operational reliability and personnel safety while achieving maintenance-free operation. Through the selection of expandable busbars, any combination can be realized, enabling modularity. The expansion busbars are fully insulated and shielded, ensuring high reliability and safety. The gas-insulated switchgear also provides industrialized automation solutions, embodying the concept of intelligent switching while minimizing on-site installation and commissioning efforts.
All high-voltage live parts reside within a stainless steel enclosure. The enclosure features a hermetically sealed stainless steel welded housing filled with SF6 gas at 1.4 bar operating pressure, achieving an IP67 protection rating. Installation is possible in humid, sandy, dusty, saline, mining, or containerized substation environments, as well as any location prone to surface contamination from air pollution, without requiring special precautions. No busbar cleaning or wildlife protection is required. Even the fuse compartment maintains an IP67 rating. Extended busbars are fully insulated and shielded to ensure immunity from external environmental changes and maintenance-free operation.
The SRM6 series gas-insulated switchgear complies with relevant provisions of standards including GB3906, DLT404, G131984, and JBT3855.
